Terms of Service

By accessing or using HaulComply ("the Service"), operated by Homivas LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

HaulComply is a DOT compliance management software platform that helps trucking fleets track driver qualifications, vehicle compliance, document expirations, deadlines, and generate audit-ready compliance binders.

The Service is provided on a subscription basis. Features vary by plan. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate account and company information
• Maintain the security of your login credentials
• Use the platform only for lawful purposes related to fleet compliance management
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse the platform
• Not upload files that violate applicable laws or contain malicious code
• Ensure that drivers whose information is entered have consented to data collection

You are solely responsible for ensuring your compliance documentation meets applicable DOT and FMCSA requirements. HaulComply provides tracking tools only and does not guarantee legal compliance.

HaulComply subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method.

• Subscription prices are displayed in USD at the time of purchase.
• All plans include a 7-day free trial. Your payment method is required to start the trial but you will not be charged until the trial period ends.
• Plans renew automatically every 30 days unless canceled before the renewal date.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or billing page.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Fail to pay subscription fees
• Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
• Use the Service in a manner that harms other users or our systems

You may terminate your account at any time via the Account Deletion page or by contacting help@haulcomply.com. Deletion requests are processed within 30 days. Certain records (billing transactions, fraud logs) may be retained for legal compliance purposes as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Homivas LLC shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service
• Loss of data, revenue, or profits
• Any regulatory violations, fines, or penalties resulting from reliance on HaulComply data

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the three months preceding the claim.

All software, design, trademarks, and content of HaulComply are owned by Homivas LLC. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.

Data you upload (driver files, documents, company information) remains your property. You grant us a limited license to store and process it in order to provide the Service.

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you by email and/or in-app notice at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
