HaulComply ("we," "our," or "us"), operated by Homivas LLC, is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our platform at haulcomply.com.

We do not sell your data to any third parties.

We collect the following types of information to provide our service:

• Account information: Your name, email address, company name, phone number, DOT/MC numbers.
• Driver and vehicle data: Names, CDL numbers, expiration dates, vehicle VINs, unit numbers, and compliance documents you upload.
• Documents: Uploaded files such as CDLs, medical certificates, inspection reports, and insurance certificates. These are stored securely in encrypted cloud storage.
• Usage data: Pages visited, features used, timestamps, and IP address for security and analytics purposes.

• To operate and maintain your HaulComply account
• To send compliance reminders and expiration alerts
• To generate audit binders and compliance reports
• To provide customer support
• To improve our platform and fix bugs
• To communicate billing and subscription information

All uploaded documents are stored in encrypted cloud storage with access controls. Documents are only accessible to users within your account. We use industry-standard encryption (AES-256) at rest and TLS in transit.

We use secure, industry-standard authentication methods. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt. Session tokens expire automatically. We support two-factor authentication. All authentication traffic is encrypted via HTTPS.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share data with:

• Service providers: Cloud hosting, email delivery, payment processing — only as necessary to operate the platform.
• Legal requirements: If required by law, court order, or government authority.

We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain your login session, remember your preferences, and analyze usage patterns. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not function correctly without them.

We use privacy-respecting analytics tools to understand how users interact with our platform. This data is aggregated and anonymized and is used solely to improve HaulComply. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

We retain your data as long as your account is active. You have the right to request deletion of your account and personal data at any time.

To request deletion, visit our Account Deletion page or email help@haulcomply.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request". Requests are processed within 30 days. Certain records (billing transactions, fraud logs) may be retained for legal or accounting purposes as described on the deletion page.
