How to Request Account Deletion
- 1Fill in your registered email address in the form below and optionally provide a reason for deletion.
- 2Submit the form. You will receive a confirmation email at the address provided within 1 business day.
- 3Our team will verify your identity and permanently delete your account and data within 30 days of your request.
- 4Alternatively, you can email us directly at help@haulcomply.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".
What Data Is Deleted vs. Retained
Permanently Deleted
- Your user account and login credentials
- Company / fleet profile data
- Driver profiles and qualification files
- Vehicle records
- Uploaded documents and files
- Compliance deadlines and templates
- Billing contact information
- In-app notification preferences
Retained for Legal Compliance
- Billing and payment transaction records (7 years) — required by tax law
- Subscription history (7 years)
- Abuse / fraud prevention logs (90 days)
- Anonymized, aggregated analytics (indefinitely, non-identifiable)
Retained records cannot be linked back to your identity after account deletion and are kept solely to satisfy legal obligations.
